Gotta disagree with your assessment - I think Forochel is a terrific update. Quests are solid (c’mon, guys, an arbitrary number of items needed for a quest is hardly a new thing) and the abundance of natural resources makes it pretty terrific. As well, the deeds are pretty managable.
If you guys have been in the Trollshaws since the update, you’ll see your map has been erased. If you go to the river south end of the river, you’ll see a new cliff there - and an inaccessible road which leads to the top of the cliff. I bet this will lead to the book 14 zone, hopefully coming out early in the summer.
