Hey, guys! What I do for the dance is use the old cut’n'paste, ctrl-c and ctrl-v, to cut’n'paste ‘/dance’, and then just type ‘1′, ‘2′, or ‘3′ for ‘dance one’, ‘dance two’, and ‘dance three’, afterwards.
And for the drinking quests, just reduce your graphics as far as possible, to very low detail. It’ll make things much easier!

What you can also do is to put the dance moves to your quick bar. For example:
/shortcut 49 /dance1
That line puts /dance1 emote to shortcut slot 49 so you can just click it to perform it. Just do that for all three. Buttons will look similar but it’s no big deal if they are in correct order. I’m not sure if you can change the label.
